We want you to love your Chemo Club purchase.

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at alexandra@chemoclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for completing your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
